Call 610-927-5183 for our Sinking Spring office or 484-671-2065 for our Lessport office or stop by for an appointment. If it is after hours, please leave a message and we will get back to you.  New patients can be seen within 24 hours.

• Bring your current insurance cards
• Bring your prescription for physical therapy
• Arrive 15 minutes early for your first appointment to complete paperwork OR click here and print and complete the paperwork prior to your first appointment.
• Wear appropriate clothing to allow access to painful areas

Initial Evaluations require 1 to 1 ½ hours, regular visits 45 min to 1 hour.

Handicap parking is available. We are wheelchair and ADA compliant.

Copayments are expected prior to every visit. We accept Visa, Discover, Mastercard, personal checks, and cash.
