Our Philosophy

Our approach is simple:

We listen to you, apply our skills, and work together to achieve RESULTS!"

We think we are special at South Mountain Physical Therapy because your ideas and questions are respected.  We take time to share information using our knowledge, anatomy books / charts, and illustrated home exercise programs.  We stay abreast of new techniques by reading professional journals and regularly attending Physical Therapy courses.

We spend 1:1 time with our patients and LISTEN to you.  We develop an indivualized treatment plan are with you EVERY SESSION to help you recover.  Our small office is personal and you get the attention you need here.

You will be encouraged to work on your Home Exercise Programs, your work at home is needed for good results.   Of course we do our best to make it fun, we enjoy our work!

----Merle (lumbar sprain)

"I appreciated all the care and kindness you gave to me when I came to therapy. You were wonderful and really made me feel good, I was very upset and in pain at times and I really did not know what was going to happen to my arm, but today it finally feels much better and I feel once again like myself – I’m so glad for that – I hate to feel bad, I’m not used to feeling bad – I like to go and do things – so thank you so much for all you did for me. I shall send some more people to you, as you and your staff have really been kind and very good. It was a pleasure to meet you and talk about Wernersville.  See you around town.
